December 15, 2025 Update: The online store is open for WILD & WINDY PREORDERS only until I have then recover from my dratted surgery, and/or the holidays are through. Whichever comes first. However, as noted, the Wild and Windy preorder page is open and accepting orders throughout this festive season!

After considerable thought, KA has decided to spend more time living…and writing…and as such, she’ll be selling all the stock in her store and closing it down.
Therefore:
- Once a book or item sells out on this store, it will not be restocked.
- Any new releases or rebranded books will not be stocked.
It’s important to note that Kristen processes all the orders personally, so when she’s traveling or writing, she might get behind in fulfilling orders, not to mention, with the store closing, she’s getting a ton of orders so it’ll take her time to fill them.
This does not mean you won’t be able to get signed books from Kit!
- You can always order any of Kristen’s books from The Poisoned Pen at the regular prices! Just let them know you’d like them signed. However, please note that any questions about business with The Poisoned Pen needs to be directed to The Poisoned Pen.
- You can get you books signed at events Kristen attends.
- Kristen hopes to provide pre-order options for events she attends so you can get the books you want at these events.
- Kristen will be happy to send you signed bookplates, but only if you send a self-addressed stamped envelope with a note of who to inscribe the bookplates to, and how many bookplates you want. Just a note that KA doesn’t get that much post, so the PO Box only gets checked every 4-6 weeks, so there may be a delay. But if you send an appropriate SAE, you’ll eventually get them.
- Alas, Kristen cannot accept delivery of your KA books, sign them and return them to you, even if you send appropriate postage to do that. She doesn’t want to be responsible for any loss, damage, etc. Books are precious things! She gets that! So if you have KA books you want her signature in, send an SAE for bookplates, and she’ll happily oblige.
With all that said, as long as supplies last…have fun shopping!

All prices include personal signing on books, postage and packing except boxed sets, which will not be signed.
For folks outside the United States…as the store closes, considering the constantly shifting tariff issues that make international orders onerous and might add duties upon receipt, Kristen will not be posting books outside the US.
If this book is not for you, please indicate in the personalization section through the order process to whom Kristen should sign the book.
